The reason your rugs come back to you so clean, is because we use the right equipment, A large drum on the machines, allows your rug to move freely. The specially formulated soap gets into all the creases and removes the dirt. The reproof is automatically added during the final rinse, and your rugs are then air dried, this allows the reproof to adhere to your rugs and make them waterproof. All washes are achieved at a maximum wash temperature of 30 degrees. With this and not tumble drying your rugs, your rugs will last for years, and have no chance of damage or shrinkage!
